Of course.  It’s nothing new.  If he were making fun of a random black person, yes it’d be offensive, but he’s paying homage to MJ.  MJ was black.  If you can’t deal with that, well…I can’t say what I wanna say.

Micheal was black. Even with his medical problems and the whitening of his skin, he was a black man. 

Not that it’s relevant, but it looks like Tyler is trying to capture the “Thriller era” of MJ’s music, and if you will do a simple google image search, Mike was not “white” during the Thriller era.

Nonetheless, MJ was black. This isn’t being racist, this is accurately depicting a black man.
